Then the repetitive thoughts multiply, driving the feeling of overwhelm. Before you know it, you are procrastinating instead of moving into action.
Since our thoughts produce our feelings, the better solution might be focusing on one single step at a time.

Life is simple and easy. What a great thought to think that reminds your brain that this is an option. The ego tries to convince you otherwise.
