When we find ourselves blaming someone else for how we feel, we are often caught in emotional childhood. There’s so much confusion around this because we think that other people can get us all worked up or have a direct impact on our happiness. 



The truth is that our individual thoughts are the only thing that can affect our happiness. The brain is tricky and would like to convince you otherwise.
