Let Go Of Worrying

Take off your shoes at the door!!!! Wash your hands!! Don’t touch that!! Don’t say that! Get down!!! OMGosh!


Are these suggestions? Or are you over worrying? Were you worrying yesterday? Today? Always? How does this leave you feeling?


IIt made me feel useful, concerned and engaged. Therefore, I didn't see the harm in all my worrying.


The truth is worry is actually a self-indulgent emotion!! What? How could that be? The truth is worry pretends to be necessary, pretends to be useful, and in fact does nothing more than keep you from taking massive action. It puts a negative form of energy into someone else’s timeline whom you initially had intentions of helping.  Worrying can also keep you playing small by shifting the focus from yourself and what you could be contributing to someone else’s future. Don’t let worry rob you from the life you dream of anymore!! And stop being a negative contributor!
