Process Your Pain

Something happens to trigger your pain.
The thoughts run wild through your head causing excruciating emotional pain.
And then it happens….you choose to avoid it, resist or react, or process the pain.

Not many of us process the pain.
Instead, we overeat, overdrink, overwork, over Facebook, etc.
By choosing to process the pain or choosing to feel it, we can acknowledge and work on new thought patterns that can help manage and/or alleviate the pain. Let’s do THAT!!
