One of the best life coaching tools available is learning how to keep things simple. Sometimes we overcomplicate things so much! Have you ever caught yourself doing this? Guilty! Overcomplicating events and circumstances in our lives will drain your energy. Sometimes you’ll see this drain emotionally, mentally, and physically. One of the best ways to simplify is to make a list of all of the things you are currently doing in your life and ask yourself if you want to be doing them! Do you?

If the answer is yes, then that’s awesome! Keep doing them and like your reasons. If you truly like your reasons, chances are you will get energy from what you are doing and enjoy it. If the answer is no, then it’s probably time to dig a little deeper with a coach and find out why you are doing them. For some of us, this is where inner work comes to the table, and once addressed gives you the freedom ticket of your life! I’m here to help you with this. This is not to say that you will never have to do anything you don’t like, but when you do, you will at least like your reasons. You may also learn to set better boundaries for yourself..
