  Surrendering to worry and choosing to think about a desirable outcome versus a nonfavorable outcome is always an option. It’s not the easiest option the brain offers, but it is an option!  All of us are faced with situations in our lives that provide us an opportunity to work on this.  We can focus on our commitment to live a non-anxiety driven life by staying in the power of our heart and thoughts.  Breathing the emotion out of our bodies is a great way to start.  What actions are you taking today to stay present, breathe, and focus on desired outcomes?  Are you faced with a challenge at the moment?
