Self care is an action or a set of actions that are driven by a thought that you are worthy of feeling good. Do you think others deserve to feel good? I do. So, let’s retrain our brain to remember that we deserve to feel our best too. We function so much better this way. Here’s my list. Make yours today!
I manage my mind and invest in coaching to help.
I journal or write.
I give myself permission to dream and then I act.
I exercise.
I’m mindful of what I eat.
I say “no” and am okay with it!
I have lots of space in my life to relax and connect.
I use massage and chiropractic.
Unconditional love.
Comfy pajamas.
Hot tea and a good book.
Time with my husband, kids, and dog.
Being a stand for others and being an example of what’s possible.
Being a vessel for creation in the world.
