Fear....for real? or habit?

Fear is not good or bad. Fear is an emotion. It exists to let us know something could do us harm. However, when it becomes a repeated pattern for an extended amount of time, it may have turned into a habit. It can even reshape our reality and show up as anxiety. It even has the power to change our perception of what normal is! If you stay in a state of fear for too long, it becomes harder to even associate what “safe” feels like. Can you relate to this?
Knowing we can consciously choose our thoughts. I ask you, ”What thought are you choosing?” Does it make you feel safe? Or does it make you feel scared? Are you willing to let go of a thought to change your state of mind and allow your body to relax? Or is the thought on autopilot and becoming a habit, beginning to produce a result that really isn’t making you feel so well?

Words hold power. Your thoughts hold power! I invite you to choose how YOU want to feel, not how the world tells you to feel.
