Overcoming Overwhelm

Have you ever noticed that when you become overwhelmed your brain basically hides and goes into complete confusion?  Mine does.  This is so common when you are faced with too many decisions or are having too many options to choose from.  The brain likes consistency and when you are feeling overwhelmed, there’s usually not much of that!

Break down what is fact and what is drama.  It takes a managed mind in order to consciously choose and find solutions versus creating drama around the facts.  The drama feels more familiar and useful, but it is not serving you or anyone else.  The “I don’t know how to”  thought is what we usually turn to because that thought is easier than making decisions and finding solutions.  But….. our brains are powerful and have the ability to choose and find solutions! When we train our brains to break things down and take on one decision at a time, we don’t indulge in overwhelm and we get our freedom back. Are you ready to have help with this? Let’s go!!
