Raising your Frequency

  Everything is energy.  Emotions are energy.  Emotions are vibrations that carry voltage, or Liife Force and vibrate at a certain frequency.  When you feel joy your cells vibrate at a much higher frequency which allows for expansion.  When you feel emotions such as frustration and anger, your cells vibrate at a lower frequency that can cause contraction of the cell’s Life force energy.  Complete health vibrates at a higher frequency than that of illness and disease states.  Therefore, we can focus our intentions on raising our vibrations, or emotional state, in order to achieve health and wellbeing.


Here are some tips that help raise your frequency or vibration:


  1. Become conscious of your thoughts! What you think becomes your reality! (Get coached!!!!!!!)

  2. Get your blood pumping

  3. Drink water

  4. Practice gratitude

  5. Meditate or Pray

  6. Be aware of the foods you eat

  7. Look for the beauty not the negative

  8. Listen or play music


    These simple steps can not only change your frequency and help you fight off disease and illness, they can also change your life and your complete experience of the world! This is the hope and intent I hold for you, me, and all of humanity. Let’s go!
