What if your happiness was the greatest gift you had to give people? Is the way you’re feeling right now a gift to yourself or others?  When you are able to manage your mind and thoughts and stay connected to joy and gratitude, then you are in alignment with the best the world has to offer.  This takes awareness, and dedication to the thoughts you are choosing and deciding to believe.  It’s like thought choice combined with discipline to the choice.

The brain would like you to think there’s not a choice because it’s going to constantly offer you the worst feeling thought first.  Remember...it’s on the prowl for anything that it thinks could harm you.  New awareness comes when you can decide whether keeping the thought is really in your best interest or not.  Let’s examine those thoughts and see what’s holding you back from your happiness!
