I write alot about bringing yourself into the awareness of your thoughts so that you can consciously choose your results. What hasn't been discussed as much, is feeling on purpose. Sometimes you want to choose to feel better and sometimes you don’t. Guess what? That’s okay. The human experience encompasses all emotions, not just positive ones.

There are occasions when you feel overwhelmed, confused, sad, or mad, because you want too. It can be a sign of love. If you didn’t feel negative emotions, you would be missing the entire human experience. The trick is being able to embrace them all, experience all of life, not just the good or the bad. When you learn to embrace and appreciate all of it, you give yourself the gift of the human experience. The awareness that we are choosing how to feel creates expansion and transformation, as you become the master versus the victim of your emotional life.
