I used to go into overwhelm all the time! But I'd never admit it. Too strong for that! My husband traveled weekly, I had small children, my back and neck hurt constantly, I would have a list of a million things I needed to get done and never felt like I was able to get them accomplished. People would not show up as I thought they should, I thought I would be a good person if I could just fix all of them or do more for them...the list goes on and on. Does any of this sound familiar? Please tell me I’m not alone!

As ridiculous as all of this sounds now, at the time it was very real for me. In fact, it caused a ton of suffering, not only in my body but in my relationships. The good news is, I’ve been blessed to meet some incredible healers, coaches, and teachers in my suffering and I was willing to give up my story! That’s right, you see, overwhelm is a feeling that is caused by thought. When you get in a pattern of thoughts, you create a story. The story then runs you and your life. The good news is...once you change the script of the story, inner peace begins to replace the suffering. And then, you get to run your life! You definitely need a coach to help with this!
