Your Gut Guidance

How good are you at quieting your mind? I’ve gotten better and better at it, but it was once something I had never practiced.  Quieting my mind, or becoming present without mind chatter has allowed me to follow my intuition or gut guidance so much better.  When coming from a present place, versus recreating the past or imagining the future in my mind, I am able to choose powerfully.

What is your intuition telling you?  How does it help you? Are you using it to your advantage when making decisions?
